Forlongs is open to the public under Level 2.
We will go back to our normal working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. We ask that customers still utilize our website where possible. And if you are coming to the store please keep a safe distance from others, wear a mask, avoid touching surfaces, and follow the directions of our team to keep the space as safe as possible.
We will only have one doorway open to enter the store. This is the main door at 6 Rawhiti Street.
And our storeroom will be open for Pickups at 36 Lake Road Frankton.
When you arrive you will be greeted by a member of our team, where we will take down either your Forlongs account number or your name, contact number and address for contact tracing.
Customers wanting to purchase goods can freely choose from our range and our team will be there to help you choose.
Customers wanting to pay their accounts are encouraged to use the kiosk where possible especially when paying with cash.
Our accounts team will be instore to help customers with their accounts.
The phone system will return to normal but please leave a voice message if you cannot get through. As we may take a little longer to get to the phones.
