As the government has changed the rules to allow essential non food items to be supplied online and over the phone Forlongs want to do our part to make sure you stay safe and well.

Orders will be processed through our website or over the phone. As there will be a small team working shorter hours you are able to leave a voice message with your name and phone number we will phone you back.
How will i receive my goods.
If you are ordering heavy items such as washing machines, freezers, fridges etc then our Forlongs delivery truck will operate on a strictly limited basis. They will contact you to deliver. They will place the goods at your gate. If you are elderly they will put the goods in your garage. Under no circumstances will the delivery team enter your house.
All other items will be couriered with authority to leave the parcel at the front door for a contactless delivery.
If you place any orders for non essential items you will receive a quick email to let you know we will not proceed with this until the lockdown is lifted.
There will be no access or collection of goods from the store. Strictly delivery only.
