This Ziegler & Brown cast iron Baking Dish has been specially made to increase the cooking versatility of your Triple Grill BBQ. Prepare succulent roasted meals and baked treats in your Big Ziggy by simply lifting out the centre grill and replacing with the optional baking dish. Once in place it will sit flush with the side grills. Place your meat or vegetables onto the included roasting rack to allow heat to circulate evenly around it, creating the perfectly roasted meal every time! Use it without the rack for a scrumptious potato au gratin or barbeque lasagna, or even homemade bread or damper! The roasting rack then doubles as a great baking dish serving stand. Made from solid cast iron for maximum heat efficiency with a matt vitreous enamelled finish, the baking dish is rust protected and can be put straight into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
