If you are not satisfied
The next level is to ask for a Company Director. The Directors are the highest point of contact within Forlongs.

If your query is related to Finance/Forlongs Account Services and you are unable to resolve your complaint fully, your next step is Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), the external dispute resolution scheme for Financial Services Providers. This independent body is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Complaints to FSCL need to meet certain criteria.
