We plan to make an announcement on 4th March at 5pm regarding the future of Forlongs. We would like to thank our customers for all the messages we have received. We can confirm Forlongs is considering closing its retail business.
It is still business as usual at this point in time as we go through a consultation process. Forlongs Gift Cards, Forlongs Loyalty Rewards, orders, and warranty claims will continue to be honoured. You can still charge goods to your Forlongs account and continue your normal payments.
We would like to thank you for your support at this difficult time and understand this is an unsettling announcement. We will communicate the outcome once a final decision is made on 4th March.
