We frequently get asked some really important questions that are key in the good planning of your new window furnishing .
How long will it take to have my curtains or blinds made?
The standard lead time from receipt of the fabric is 4-5 weeks. If you require a specific delivery date then we will aim to meet this date for you.
Can I install my own curtains or tracks?
We can manufacture the curtains and you can collect them or we can organise delivery if you prefer. A delivery charge may apply if you do not require installation.
Can I supply my own fabric?
We can make your curtains or blinds from your own fabric if preferred. Please contact us prior to purchasing your fabric to ensure you have the correct quantity. We may also be able to supply the same fabric at a discounted price.
Can you supply outside of the Hamilton area?
Yes we can make the curtains based on your measurements or for larger jobs we can organise to measure them for you. There may be a charge for travel time depending on your location.
Do you have payment options?
We can offer interest free terms, there is no minimum purchase amount required, nor do we charge booking fees or annual fees on our Hire Purchase accounts. Find out more about Forlongs finance.
What if I don’t know what fabric or type of curtains I want?
We can select fabric samples for your from our suppliers and bring them to view in your own home. We can offer advice and recommendations to achieve the finished look you require.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is required to pay for all fabrics, linings and custom made products (tracks, rods, roller blinds) or 50% of the total ( which ever is greater). The balance is required on installation or delivery of your order.
