Forlong’s Furnishings Limited commenced business on 15th August 1946 and has been serving Hamilton City and the greater Waikato for more than 60 years. Located in Hamilton’s Frankton suburb. We commenced trading in what is now known as the Bank of New Zealand building moving to our current location during the 1950s. Development over the intervening years has seen our retail shop grow to a total floor area in excess of 12,300 square metres. We are possibly New Zealand’s largest privately owned Furniture retailer. Available to our thousands of valued customers are over 200 outdoor car parks and a further 95 underground car parks.
 
Our showrooms contain an extensive range of both modern and classic styles of Furniture and Bedding, along with Floor coverings (Carpets, Vinyl and Rugs), Home Appliances being Kitchenware to the latest Electronic Sight and Sound equipment, Computers and accessories, Sporting goods including quality fishing gear through to motorized sports vehicles, an extensive range of Hardware equipment for the home handyman and small business, Camping gear, Outdoor Furniture, Barbecues, Mowers and much more. Our ‘free delivery’ service covers Hamilton City and the greater Waikato, including areas such as Raglan, Waihi and Tauranga, Te Kauwhata, Te Kuiti and Tokoroa.
